Course Curriculum
The Certificate in Christian Ministry (CCM)is a program that is scheduled to be completed within a 20 to 22-month period.
The curriculum covers the following courses:
1. CL 102 – Fundamentals of Christian Leadership
2. PMA 102 – Pastoral Ministry & Administration
3. CH 102 – Introduction to Church History
4. BE 102 – The Principles of Bible Exposition
5. PM 102 – Dynamics of Prayer Ministry
6. MS 102 – Missiology: Church Planting, Practice & Cross-Cultural Ministry
7. AG 102 – Introduction to Christian Apologetics
8. MFL 102 – Marriage and Family Life
There would also be a mandatory Ministry Practicum that must be completed in the local assembly before the end of the program. The Certificate in Christian Ministry program is for the Associate Degree in Ministry Program, with the Certificate in Biblical Studies as the prerequisite.
1. Fundamentals of Christian Leadership
This course provides a foundational understanding of Christian leadership, integrating biblical principles with practical leadership skills applicable in both church ministry and the marketplace. It examines leadership models in Scripture, the character and calling of a Christian leader, servant leadership, and decision-making. Students will explore how Jesus Christ exemplified leadership and how His model applies to contemporary ministry, business, and professional settings. The course will also cover ethical leadership, influence, conflict resolution, team management, and strategic vision from a Christian worldview.


2. Pastoral Ministry & Church Administration
This course prepares students for pastoral work by covering essential aspects of shepherding God’s people, including pastoral responsibilities.
This course provides a comprehensive study of biblical and theological foundations of pastoral leadership, pastoral care, preaching, counseling, and ethical standards for ministry. Additionally, it explores the administrative aspects of ministry, including church governance, financial stewardship, conflict resolution, and organizational management. Students will gain practical insights into leading and managing a church effectively while balancing spiritual and administrative duties.
This course will also introduce students to biblical principles of pastoral counseling. It will focus on applying Scripture to address life’s challenges and emphasize the role of the Holy Spirit in counseling.
It will also discuss the balance between personal life and ministry engagements.
3. Introduction to Church History
This course explores the historical development of the Christian Church from its inception in the early apostolic era to the modern age. It examines major movements, key figures, church councils, theological developments, and how the Church has responded to societal changes over the centuries.


4. The Principles of Bible Exposition
This course teaches students how to interpret and communicate the Scriptures effectively. It covers biblical hermeneutics, principles of exegesis, sermon structure, and practical application of the Bible in preaching and teaching.
5. Dynamics of Prayer Ministry
This course explores the theology and practice of prayer in Christian ministry. It examines different types of prayer, the role of intercession, spiritual warfare, and strategies for leading effective prayer meetings.


6. Missiology: Church Planting, Practice & Cross-Cultural Mission
This course offers an in-depth study of missions, church planting, and cross-cultural ministry. It explores the biblical foundation of the Great Commission and the role of the church in global missions. Students will study church planting strategies, cross-cultural communication, and how to effectively share the Gospel in diverse cultural contexts. Emphasis will be placed on understanding cultural dynamics, learning cross-cultural communication skills, and overcoming challenges when ministering in multicultural environments. It covers biblical foundations of mission work, cross-cultural ministry, church growth principles, and strategies for planting and sustaining churches.
It will also prepare students to plant churches and engage in mission work that respects and adapts to cultural differences while maintaining biblical truth and integrity.
7. Introduction to Christian Apologetics
This course explores the defense of the Christian faith in response to skepticism, atheism, and other worldviews. It covers classical apologetic arguments, biblical authority, responses to common objections, and contemporary challenges to Christianity.


8. Marriage and Family Life
This course provides a biblical foundation for understanding marriage and family life from a Christian perspective. It explores the divine institution of marriage, the roles and responsibilities of spouses, parenting principles, conflict resolution, and the impact of contemporary societal influences on the family. The course emphasizes biblical teachings on love, commitment, and godly family values, equipping students to build and sustain Christ-centered homes.
This course serves as a crucial foundation for students preparing for pastoral ministry, counseling, or leadership roles in the church. It aligns with the mission of GOFAMINT NA Seminary to develop biblically sound, Spirit-led individuals who foster strong Christian homes.

You need the following to complete your application.

● A non-refundable application fee of $50
● Commitment to completing the program by signing the Oath of Completion.
Application
You need to upload the following documents along with your application
● A Letter of Recommendation from your local pastor.
● Statement of Purpose (A 300-word essay on why you are applying to the seminary and what you hope to gain
● A copy of your GED, High School, Undergraduate or Graduate school transcripts or diplomas. (PDF or JPG)
Post-Application
● All applicants will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days once all application materials are received. You may be asked to submit supplemental responses or documents, as applicable.
● All applicants will receive an email notifying them of the Admission Review Committee’s decision.
● Once considered for admission, students will receive a copy of the curriculum, including all materials needed for their courses.
Tuition Information
Tuition – $50/ Credit
Required Credits – 18 Credits = $900
Technology fees: $50.

- All students must be true believers in Christ and commit to a local assembly.
- All students must commit to completing the program.
- All students must demonstrate proficiency in the English language (i.e., able to read and write)
